IT Support Officer (6 months contract)
職責
- Assist to maintain and support network, system (Windows) desktop, antivirus and VOIP Avaya system.
- Responsible in supporting internal users
- Hardware and software asset management
入職條件
- Diploma in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Windows Vista & Windows Server 2003 platform with good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, email applications and hardware issues.
- Knowledge in Windows System Administration and Avaya PABX Administration.
- Experience in system/network trouble shootings would be definite advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
- Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet very tight deadlines
- Possesses good communications and organizational skills
- Immediate availability is preferred

- Translate research and editorial articles
- Generate our website and magazine content
- Help managing content for the website and other ad hoc projects delivered by the General Manager
入職條件
- A good degree in Translation, English or Chinese language, with financial knowledge/experience preferred
- High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese & English
- Knowledge in HTML and Dreamweaver is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment

Administrative Assistant
職責
- Support the database, statistical compilation requirements of the regional research team
- To be responsible for number crunching, simple data collection, generating charts and data for analysis
- Assist research team in uploading research articles, maintaining the accuracy of website content
- Provide support to the Product Support and Services team
入職條件
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Well-versed in computer applications including MS Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge in HTML, Dreamweaver is preferred

Creative Designer
職責
- Design & Layout of Corporate Print/Interactive Materials (i.e. annual reports, magazines, logos, brochures, posters, advertising, web, etc.)
- Website design with CSS/Flash/HTML
- Responsible for photo shootings for company events / activities, videography & Video-Editing
- Liaising with Suppliers
入職條件
- Minimum Diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media Design, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in Flash, Flash Video, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, In-Design, 3D Studio Max, in Mac environment.
- Good command of English & Chinese, experience in videography & Photography would be definite advantage
- Good Knowledge of Web Usability, HTML, CSS syntax
- Responsible, Self motivated, able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Exhibits good planning and organization skills
