| What is your wealth management philosophy? |
| If LOCATION is the crucial factor to consider when investing in properties, DIVERSIFICATION would be the key when it comes to wealth management. I always emphasise to clients that they should have a good mix of equities, bonds, real estate, foreign currencies, commodities and alternative investment in their portfolio. It is my job to, through indepth discussion with client, design the right mix of asset allocation, as well as to regularly monitoring and rebalancing the portfolio for them. |
| What is the one principle that you always abide by when providing investment advice? |
| It is very important for us to understand our clients’ financial needs and goals, investment experience as well as risk appetite before giving any investment advice to them. We must make sure we make investment recommendation based on the above considerations, and not for the sake of product selling. |
